Litchi Living does dietitic consultations in Menlo Park (Pretoria), Piet Retief, Strand, Lady Brand and Melrose Arch, amongst others. Home visits can be arranged where we adjust your diet to a better eating plan. Litchi Living gives you additional options like electronic consultations and guest house living and have the knowledge and experience to meet your well-being requirements.
Cooking courses are presented to individuals and groups which also serves as an excellent kitchen tea idea. Stay in the guest house and book for a demonstration on Low GI cooking with the food expert Janet Wiegand or bring your house keeper for a cooking course. You can also book a Pilates course with Nerine Parkin and relax at the pool in between exercises.
